Buyer's Specialist It is essential and in every buyer’s best interest to have separate representation when buying real estate. A
buyer without representation has a substantial disadvantage. A buyer’s agent shares the listing agent’s commission
which is paid for by the seller, so it doesn't cost you anything, to the contrary.
As a buyer’s agent, my responsibility is to find you the best possible home, and at the best price. I preview
homes listed on the MLS on a daily basis, paying extra attention to the ones just listed. My experience and knowledge begins
with knowing what the market value “should be” for a property, and can easily identify a good deal when I see
one, conversely, a bad one. A good buyer’s agent will know how much the seller paid for their home and approximately
how much they owe (a listing agent cannot reveal this information to you), how long it's been on the market, and other
factor's that can help determine how motivated the seller is, and how much less they may be willing to accept.
In addition to helping you find the best possible home, at the best price, I can
qualify and provide you with a purchase money first mortgage, all inclusive to conventional, jumbo, FHA, and VA type financing.
